In likely our most massive framing challenge to date, this $70,000 deck replacement and expansion saw us burying 30 foot tall posts in order to carry a 25 foot long beam. This structure gave the Eggert family an extra 500 square feet of covered outdoor living space upstairs with a further 750 square feet on a brand new concrete patio below the fully weatherproofed deck.

Working in conjunction with the county inspectors and all of our subs to tackle this enormous project near a protected wetland was definitely an adventure, but well worth it to see a happy client. We even added a swing for the kids!
