The house on Ainsworth was a great find in a wonderful neighborhood with a ton of original charm. The house had a brick facade that was falling off and was covered in aluminum siding that was falling off. Below we found the beautiful original stucco work, and with a bit of salvaging we managed to bring it back to life.

Inside we reconfigured the main floor for modern needs, but kept the original coved ceilings and fireplace, while also repairing and adding to the original hardwood floor. After adding some of our own custom woodworking, we think this house turned into a real gem and very much added to an already improving area of town.
